The open-concept layout includes a dedicated dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A private, screened lanai extends your living space outdoors, perfect for enjoying the peaceful harbor views and island atmosphere. While there are no in-suite laundry facilities, self-serve laundry rooms are conveniently located on the property. Located inside the Harbourview Villas building complex, guests have access to exclusive amenities and the wider resort's extensive facilities (some amenities may require a separate resort fee).
